He is privileged to be the sole Indian member of Montessori Europe e. V. Fluent in eight languages including German and French, he has been a Keynote Speaker at various seminars in Europe and USA and presented Research Papers in major international conferences. |

As Management Consultant for Organizational Change and Work Culture Transformation, he leads and facilitates a Team of International Consultants. His industry experience includes leading a process of work culture transformation for the Staff of H. E. the Governor of West Bengal, India. |
